Covered with band-aid and duct-tape. Still hurt. Bailed on run. Need to take at least full day off.
Tried YakTrax on regular shoes and work great. Next year will buy WELL-FITTING Winter trail shoes for warmth and use YakTrax for traction. Shame, since 921s work GREAT on snow and ice, just fit miserably.
