Oops, stopped to tie my shoe just before 2 mile mark and stretch and Garmin didn't stop. Pure Flows make my calves a bit tight, but I know this is just the lower heel making the backs of my legs work a bit harder...stronger calves are good! Might help me to stop pedaling pointy-toed, too.
