Had planned a tempo run (10mm pace), but my body had other ideas...may try to do it in 2 days, instead. Last night I felt ill an hour or so after eating salmon. Popped Gas-X and Pepto much of the night and this AM, but still have stomach cramping. Slept poorly.
Also wore new pair of Superfeet...same "berry" model I have been wearing, but perhaps they still need some breaking-in. Feet were pretty sore for the first 4 miles.
