COMMENTS: Nice run this morning. 3 good hills again and all felt good. Slowed into the run and then able to work hard at the last two. Ran a 7:38 and then a 6:52 for the last two miles. Felt good and recovered from the fast pace quickly. Tomorrow hopefully running in San Diego.
