COMMENTS: Temp was great compared to the last few weeks. Nice run this morning although I am fighting a cold. Forum to Stadium to West Blvd to Stewart up Providence to Stadium back to Forum. Slippery this morning, I ate once, that was fun. Weight is up but I think it is due to fighting this cold and all the fluids (soups & juice) I have drank in the last couple of days.
