Easy run. Plenty of variety on this route - running on the road, footpaths, grass verges, bush tracks ....
Started off running with plenty of light, but I was glad I took the headlamp with me as I needed it by the end.
The rain was very pleasant and meant I did not drink all of the water in my camelbak .
