Fantastic ! made it to 21.1km
R knee was not completely clear, but by thinking carefuly about my "style" and running more on the inside of my foot (in line with big-toe) the pain seemed to be dull and not a problem.
Drank 200ml water every 5km.
Had a bit of a cold yesterday (and this am) so I took a lemsip this morning (1000mg paracetamol), and 2x25mg voltarin after the run (to minimise knee problems)
