ACED IT!!
I'm not so sure if the distance is accurate - Garmin says 20.8km, but race director says 21.1 so I must have cut a few corners.
Felt good for the first 5 km, felt flat for the next 5.
With 6k to go I dug in, then turned up the power for the last few km.
Very happy with the run - and no knee niggles
Did a 1km cool down, and had a massage.
Afterwards still felt good, but a little bit of calf "ballling".
