10xhill loop that was approximately 1000m long/2min rest
Guys handled today pretty well. There was a hill to begin every other rep, and we finished with the hill on the even numbered reps (clockwise/counter clockwise loops). We were moving pretty well on nearly all of them and I was hurting on most. We had guys running in new groups, doing extra reps, extended cool-downs, all kinds of great stuff. I'll be excited for mile repeats next week.
