8x1200/2min rest, 8x400/60sec rest at Res
Mentally tough w/o since I haven't done a workout on my own on the track for a while and it was indoors. I thought that I'd go indoors since my last indoor w/o wasn't great and obviously that's the nearest racing season. But I felt like I was really fighting the turns during this, it def wasn't all that pleasant. But got through it alright. On to next week.
