At the track for just a few K repeats w/ 200 jog. Not a fun time. For whatever reason, maybe heat, or nutrition, sleep, etc. these just did not feel great. I was pressing pretty hard at times during the reps to get back on pace. I'm hoping it was just the body not being used to trying to push in these temps since it was about real feel 87 towards the end of the workout.
