At Res/Rec for this one, out in lane 6. Had to go around some of the cheer team's stuff by the 200m start. Def a clunky feeling workout for a good piece of it. Started out with a 3:06 and finished the rep feeling apprehensive about the rest of the workout. From there, tried to not check the watch until 400m to go and then adjust if necessary. Nearly every rep I came through 800m in about 2:30/2:31, then closed hard. Had I think one rep 2:32 through 800m, and the first rep was 2:27 through 800m. Had Keeno's marks in mind from Wednesday and tried to stick to those.

Reeeaaally considered just cutting the workout after the Ks as I knew the 200s were gonna burn. Convinced myself that it was really only like ~15 secs of pain and that was all I had to worry about. They were a steep climb in discomfort after the first one. Felt fast and smooth on the opening rep, then more and more of a grind after that. Final rep I tried to full send it and I got to a point I haven't been to for a while. Nearly stumbling as I finished that one.

Not sure how to feel overall about it, but at minimum I was working hard, so there's that. Really want 3:0Xs to feel closer to Tempo in April/May. Especially thinking back to 2020 Spring.
