One of the best w/o I've prob ever had. Absolutely effortless on the first rep, tempo effort on the second, and just ripped on the final one. Never checked the watch on the last rep until I knew I was within a quarter mile of the finish. Looked down and saw .12 to go and the timer for the rep was at 14:36. Once I knew I could be under 15:15, I dug hard. Didn't quuuuiiiite go to the well for it, but still was a hard effort. Finished and felt like I could've done a little bit more, not another rep, but could've muscled through some 200s/400s if I had to. Finally the breakthrough I've been waiting three months for.
