Easy long run. Prescription was 18-20 and I really wanted to get to 20 given the last couple of weeks. Knew I'd need to stay mentally checked out as long as possible and I did pretty well until I checked the watch at about 10. Kinda shook out of the trance for the following 3-4 miles but I kept telling myself I had farther to go than I knew I really had left so I'd stay a little bit more mentally fresh late. Once I figured I had to be at least at 16 mi I checked the watch again and saw I was at 19.3. So it was pretty nice being able to just close out that mile and be done. Those late run 6:34s felt more like 7min miles though.
