Hopped in to help pace a marathon time trial on the Duck Creek Trail. Felt not great to start but thankfully every mile that went by got me feeling gradually better. By 10 I felt pretty much good. The next 5-6 miles were great except a poop stop that put me about a minute and a half from the pack. After hammering to catch up, I felt pretty solid and knew 18 would be no problem. Then we started talking about going 20. Initially I didn't want to do it, but after hitting 17 I knew it wouldn't be too bad to add those last 20 mins. Tim and I peeled off at 20, walked a mile and a half, then jogged super slow to the finish of the marathon.
