Tough night, did not feel the greatest. Which I haven't for a long time now. Each rep was tough. The first I expected it a bit, but after that one I kept telling myself to just focus on the current rep and not worry about the others. Max HR was north of 180 on both of the final miles, so it wasn't just mentally working hard, the body was def feeling it.
