Kinda sucked but I think I at least maintained my fitness on this. Fartlek paces were all over the place and just impossible to stay consistent on, just tried to make sure I'd feel it. I thought there was no hope hitting the 800m rep, but managed to get it. Had the wind at my back with a net downhill, but having an asterisk on it is better than running like a 2:30.
