Solid day but pretty cold. Compared to tomorrow though, the conditions were way better. Glad I got it in. Strong workout overall I'd say, I progressed pretty well, the opening mile of the last rep felt pretty easy, which was great. From the first mile in I could tell it'd be a good workout, maybe not amazing, but a lot better than what I've been doing lately.
