don't know what I was hitting for the reps but I'm pretty sure the K was around 3:09 ish, and the 200s had to be in the 32-33 range. The last one was for sure about 30sec though.
Solid day and a culture building workout for sure. Had some guys stepping up and leading which was awesome to see. One brick at a time!
