Unfortunately I set up my workout wrong and didn't include the right number of reps. Also messed up the rest on one of them too. After this workout ended in the watch, I just restarted it again, but it had to be a separate run. Workout went very well. I was on the roads in single digit/low teens wind chill so it feels great to get in some quality finally in this weather. Felt very controlled for all except maybe the 8th rep? That was the only one that really felt uncomfortable. All the others just felt like I was cruising along just slightly uncomfortable. The last quarter of each rep I started to feel it after the 5th rep, but still closed well.
