2 mi tempo @5:15 pace, 4x mile starting at 5:00 and cutting down on the track. 3 min after the tempo, 90/2/2:30 in between the miles.
Wanted to go 5:00/4:55/4:50/4:45 on the miles but I just felt super tired. Sucks.
Solid work. Still 6 miles of very quality running. It's alright. Keep in mind how much better this workout is then any you did back in Nov/Dec. Big things up ahead!
