Hills at home around the apt complex. Didn't check the watch until 3 miles, just tried to keep it smooth early on. Just kept it feeling easy the first mile and a half. Surprised those were the fastest miles. Had the option of 5 miles, but this workout seemed to fly by so I went 6. Going back and looking at the hills before Shamrock, I think today was at least as quality. Just a few seconds slower avg pace, but a mile and a half further, with a longer climb today I'm pretty sure. Def feeling better about training with this in the bank, I've got a ways to go to just draw even with my fitness back in March, but it feels a bit closer after today. Especially glad I started patient early on trying to keep the effort from jumping too high, too soon.
