Notes

7.86 miles worth of hills, 4.2 miles of warm-up/cooldown.

Went out to Kickapoo with Zach tonight since he wanted to do some hills. Having him there certainly made the workout its fastest and I could tell it would be my best at the hills yet. Zach stayed pretty much right with me although I could tell that if I had pushed the rest he would've dropped, I didn't want to be a jerk though so we stayed together, still running pretty hard. On the third set he stopped after the second rep then hopped in on the fourth and sixth reps after that. Right before we started the 4th set he said he was just going to jog out the rest of his mileage for the day which left me alone for the last two sets. Finished strong and was really able to push myself on the last set.
