8 mile progression, first w/o of the season.

Went very well. Looked at the past 2 years of doing this w/o to see what to expect, and knew I'd have to keep it reined in early on. The second mile was a bit too aggressive, but didn't tank the w/o. Very pleased with this, especially the second half.
