Solid day when it was windy (13 mph) and chilly (feels like 30°). Wasn't sure how this was gonna feel, but I knew it was gonna be tough. Got through the first set feeling decent and stopped checking the watch at all from there, except for he last piece of each rep. Second 3k felt great and after that I knew I wasn't gonna fall apart or anything. Neg split from first set to second set easily, so I'm happy with that. Felt like a nice transition to faster running today.
