Got destroyed today on the 3/2/1/2 mile repeats. Just could not get the legs moving very quickly. i felt like each rep I was running to a standstill, then trying to surge again to get back on pace. It was around 9 degrees out but I was hoping that wouldn't really matter. Last week probably shot me in the foot for this workout.
