3 mi wu/2 mi cd. Threshold miles today. W/o was 6x mile@5:32/1 min rest. Forgot to adjust my watch to correct it to 5x mile though. Then 4x 200@35/200 jog.

Miles went pretty well, especially with the stiff wind half of each lap. I was only supposed to hit 5:32 per mile, but I was feeling pretty easy at 5:20 pace. Just ran what was comfortable. The fourth rep I didn't try to press, the wind must've just died down a bit on it. After the fifth I was thinking that I probably scheduled a sixth rep, but I would've run like high 5:20s probably, so I started it to see how I'd feel, then cut it after a quarter and went to the 200s. Pleased overall, decent early miles workout. Hopefully this is how 4:50s will feel in a few months.
