Went out to Wyandotte Lake Park for an easy run since they hosted a trail race over the weekend and I figured the brush would be cleared away. It was, but there were plenty of places where the loose rock made me a bit nervous. Tough trails; a lot of hills and a lot of varying terrain. Ended up somehow losing the path of the race, the trail must've forked or something, so I finished out on the roads. I timed one of my miles out on the road and it was a 6:30, so I'll give the run a 7:00/mile avg o/a.
