5x 1.5mi @ just under HMP/ steady 800m recovery
No idea for the pace on these, so I figured I would do a touch under PR HMP pace which would be like 5:25 pace. Wanted to do the first few around 5:30 pace to get settled in and then come down from there. Got out strong though, and just rolled with it after that. On the second one though, I hit the split button on my watch by accident trying to move my sleeve and it skipped the rest of the rep and went straight to the rest. I wasn't quite at a mile yet, but pretty close. Still kinda pissed since it takes away from the workout a bit. Rolled pretty smoothly on a slightly longer than 800m loop I found in Washington, and just had a great workout, one my best I think actually. Avg pace for the workout definitely beats any tempos I did while at NCC so I'm pretty pleased with that.
