Notes
Long run out to Blackwell, backwards. The group broke off to four, Johnny, myself, Luke and Ben in McDowell. Then Luke turned around a bit later and after we turned into St. James, Ben headed right back. Johnny and I ran backwards through the course doing the south half, and then ran around the north side back to the prairie path. Continued back, added on a bit in Herrick, around north campus and down porter a bit as well. I felt pretty good after the first half hour today, much better than yesterday.
