Notes

Went to Kickapoo State park today to do some hills on the Mountain Goat course. I did 4-4-6-4-4 reps on the three hills going out and coming back, 22 hills total. It was a tough, but great workout. I did about 7. 6 miles of hills total, 1.7 miles of warm-up and 1 mile of cooldown.
