Damn this sucked. Got up at 4 am to get this in before leaving for Florida. After getting home around 1:45 this morning, I ran only about 45 minutes less than I slept last night. Really felt awful between little sleep, long drive last night, and the workout yesterday. Also wasn't exactly revved up to drag ass through a long run in the dark. Glad it's over though. I know I could've added for 18, but my legs were really feeling dead and I was really ready to be done.
