Easy 9 into alt miles (4xmile on/mile off)
Felt pretty not great for a while (first hour.) Was tight, calves/ant tib felt awful. Stopped to stretch at about 4mi and again at 8 to try and loosen up. That helped a bit, but my back was still kinda tight too. Nearly bailed and called it at an easy 13
given the workout schedule next week, but decided I'd give the first two reps a chance and see how I felt. Glad I stuck it out though because the on/off reps developed decently.
