Tough workout, prob the toughest so far. Windy and cold (feels like 5° on the cool down) roads workout tonight. Felt sluggish on the warm-up but the first few reps showed I was fine. Wish I'd relaxed more the first set so that the tempo and second set of quarters could've felt better, but now I know. Gotta work on chilling the first piece of workouts. First quarters felt uncomfortable. First mile of the tempo felt easy, but after that was a pretty strong effort. The wind was in my face for half of each loop I did, so that wasn't too pleasant. Second set of quarters were very tough, I was feeling strong for about 30 seconds then I'd have to really mentally engage. Solid workout overall.
