COMMENTS: Per FIRST plan, 15 miles @ PMP. Went off without a hitch. Ok, I had some rough patches, but overall I felt pretty strong throughout. Heart rate was a bit higher than usual starting off - probably because of the wine & beer the night before. Did last .4 miles @ progressively faster pace - finishing at 7:30 pace.
