going into this run, legs were still pretty sore from 3 weekends in a row of racing / hard training. Thought I'd only do 3 miles, but right away when I started legs were feeling it, so thought I'd stop at 1 or 2 miles. Legs quickly started to loosen up, and decided to do 6. Debated going further, but decided not to so soon after half.
