T1 time = 9:42 (hr = 164)
went out fast for the first half - averaged about 19mph - hit 56 mile mark around 2:55. HR was consistently in the 160s for first half. Didn't seem to want to come down, and I was feeling good for first half, so I didn't try to back off the pace. I guess as I started to become more tired, it gradually came down on its own. Wound up taking one porta john stop, which cost me about 3 minutes.
Top speed = 44.7mph...OH YEAH!!!! :-)
