time includes breaks. Swam the first 10 laps or so as 50s, then started taking small breaks at each 25. Swam the last one as a 50 in approx. 58 seconds. Was consistently swimming my 25s in 30 seconds or less, some 28s, and once even managed a 26 second 25.
