wasn't sure how this was going to go, seeing as how I hadn't swam in 2 weeks, and even then, I wasn't swimming much. To my surprise, started it off with swimming 20 laps straight - no breaks! Not only that, my form didn't seem that off, and I don't think I was slowing down too badly - felt like I was swimming most of the laps in the 63 - 65 second range (don't know - didn't have my watch as my Timex died out on me). After the 20 laps, took a brief break, then swam 2 50s fast (short break between each), and then closed it out with an easy 150.
