COMMENTS: Slow recovery day. Purposely tried to keep my heart rate below 160 for the entire run. For the first mile that translated to about a 9:30 pace, but got slower each mile after that. Really bored at the last half mile, so decided to really up the tempo to a sub 7 minute mile.
