wasn't planning on doing a tempo run, but was running late so decided to at the last minute.
1 - 9:23 (hr = 145)
2 - 7:24 (hr = 169)
3 - 7:24 (hr = 175)
4 - 7:24 (hr = 177)
5 - 7:24 (hr = 180)
6 - 9:31( hr = 168!)
that's it - no more speedwork for a while. Time to re-establish my aerobic base, and get back on the bike!
