Well, for as good as my run Tuesday was ... this one was ... well, mostly a walk! But here's some silver linings (or rationalizations - your pick!) ... I think I found a tipping point for how hard I can push myself ... It was warmer out today than I've been used to (62 at the start, 75 at the end) so I shouldn't be trying to push myself too hard in the heat ... and finally, I can't yet run 26.2 without stopping - so I need to have some walking endurance as well as running endurance ... today was a day to practice that. Oh, and I completed the distance I set out to do!
