Treadmill. That was hard. I met my overall goal which was 3 miles at a pace around 10:45 ... I had to take two small (30-45 second) walk breaks in the last mile ... but still managed to meet the pace goal. Just felt much harder than I had hoped. And last spring, I was regularly these tempo miles at 10:15 pace with no walk breaks. :-( Also did weights and 20 min elliptical.
