First continuous run! Felt very nice. Focused on smooth and springy. My springs seemed to be working from the get-go. Push off was pretty good but could probably be better. Calf started feeling sore at 2.5, and at 3ish a little sore around the lower leg. But all 1 out of 10 soreness, no pain, and didn't worsen after that. The next two days aren't progressions anyways, just 30 minutes again. I think next week I will shift from 3 days a week to every other day. Which will line up nicely with being able to run on Sunday in Seattle.
