Was going to do 7 miles but cut down to 6. Still feeling a little stressed, not sure why. When I decided that, I also slowed my pace a bit, to try to relax a bit more.
6 still gets me 43 on the week which is perfectly fine. Still good to go for 50 next week.
And did some hill sprints after. I realized I haven't done these in a little bit. They felt harder, and were slower than usual. I think this confirms that I was a bit more stressed than normal. Just did 4 of them. Gonna try to relax today.
