Nice run with Rob and Shannen up in Auburn / Manchester around Massabesic. Went along the race loop of a 10-miler Rob and Shannen did back in August. It was pretty nice out even at 8am. I only went 12ish because of how low-mileage this week has been, but maybe I should have gone more. I felt fine and kinda wanted to. But then again better to play it safe. Also found out Rob and Shannen will be running the Amherst 10-miler next week, which I signed up for on a whim a few days ago. So that should be fun. No idea how I will do in a race that long but it should be a good experience. Looking to get in the mid to high 50s for next week's mileage as well as at least one workout, probably earlier in the week.
