Nice run with Brandyn, then joined by Jake, then Mark. I haven't been to Massabesic in quite some time. It was perfect running weather, especially in the shaded trails. I was part of the "pre-miles" crew in order to finish early, so I turned around early in the main loop of the run. I felt good in mile 9 so I decided to go a little faster, then throttled back for the last mile. Felt easy, and no signs of that long run fatigue. Still must be too short of a run, but good sign regardless. Oh and no achilles issues! Never felt it. And this was my first time back in a zero drop shoe.
