Good morning EFI run. Plantar was pretty bad for the first couple miles honestly, like 3/10 then 2/10. I blame the early morning. Still nothing on IT band. Hopefully just a one-time thing. I'm of course doing all the things to keep the plantar at bay. Otherwise good run once I got warmed up. A little higher effort than normal but also faster pace than normal (compared to rest of week).
