I woke up feeling way better today - basically zero soreness just walking around. By the time I got to practice and started running I felt great. I wanted to get at least 8 in to make up for the lack of mileage so far in the week and Mark took me on an add-on he thought would be 8 and ended up being nearly 9. Works for me, still felt great and more mileage.
