I was thinking of re-trying my tempo today, but I felt kinda sluggish starting out. Then I thought about it more and I thought it probably wasn't worth it to work out two days before a race, when I am also increasing my mileage this week. So I just ran the route I was going to do originally, but at easy run pace. I guess I still felt like going kinda fast, because I kept my pace up for the rest of the run. That 2nd mile is surprising, must be because a good amount was downhill. That mile felt kinda sore before I warmed up into the rest of the run.
